Class A Local Driver with Hazmat 

TransForce is seeking a CDL A Local Delivery Driver to support local operations in Gastonia, NC. This position offers a weekly minimum guarantee of $1300.00 ++ with steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team.

CDL A Driver Details

• Schedule: Sunday-Thursday / Tuesday-Saturday, mainly nights. 
• Pay: $1300.00+ per week. 46 CPM, $30 stop pay. 
• Route Type: Home daily with possible 1-2 layovers weekly
• Freight / Load Type: Auto Parts
• Handling: Heavy touch - between 3 and 6 stops per shift. 

CDL Driver Minimum Requirements:

• License: CDL A 
• Hazmat Endorsement
• Experience: 1+ year of recent and relevant CDL driving experience
• Electronic logging device experience required
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
• Able to operate a manual transmission preferred

 
CDL Driver Responsibilities:

• Safely operate equipment on routes
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintain accurate logs and paperwork
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations
• Meet the physical demands of the role
